Maintain this for about a minute on either side. Make sure to go deep in the lunge and extend the leg as far back as possible. This shit burns!

When doing this exercise, make sure not to go too far up. You need to feel the burn in your glutes and thighs! Start out by doing this for about 30 seconds, and then as you progress do it longer. FEEL THE BURN BABY.

Omg this is harder than it looks! Just look how she positions her bum. But it's worth it and you will feel great afterwards! (Not really, actually your ass and thighs will burn like shit, but burn is GOOD). I usually do 45 seconds. But that's after a while of doing these exercises. The key is to keep doing these exercises!

    We did exercises and warm ups like these for the whole 6 years I ran track/cross country, and my ass is still compact.

    The “burn” is not indicative of muscle growth. Muscle growth results from high intensity resistance training and lots of food
